高磁场下 Avalanche 光电二极管性能研究

摘要
我们报告了将 Hamamatsu avalanche 光电二极管 (APD) 暴露于 7.9 特斯拉磁场的结果。磁场对 APD 增益的影响被展示并讨论。我们发现该磁场下 APD 的增益未受影响。
