适用于强磁场工作的紧凑型真空光电三极管

摘要

介绍了在高达 4.5 T 磁场中测试的 1'' 真空光电三极管的结果。发现输出幅度在 2.0 至 4.0 T 磁场范围内每特斯拉约降低 6%。对于阳极网格节距为 16μ\mum 的器件,4.0 T 时的输出幅度比零场时低 30%。
