摘要
我们提出一种两点通量近似有限体积格式，用于逼近由两个由自由界面耦合的交叉扩散系统，以考虑蒸气沉积。移动界面采用割胞法处理，即在界面附近对网格进行局部变形。该格式保持连续系统的结构，即：质量守恒、非负性、体积填充约束以及自由能的衰减。数值结果说明了该格式的性质。
