摘要
我们表明，如 BiSe 或 BiTe 等三维拓扑绝缘体的薄膜在横向磁场中可表现出强烈的线性和非线性磁光效应。特别是，可以实现对入射太赫兹或中红外辐射的近乎完全圆偏振，以及高效的四波混频。
