摘要
通过使用折射率匹配的GaAs浸没透镜技术，我们展示了单个InAs/GaAs量子点对远场聚焦激光的创纪录消光（12%）。这一对比度水平使我们首次能够对单个InAs/GaAs量子点进行共振激光透射光谱学研究，而无需使用相敏锁相检测。
