单个分子对激光束的强消光

摘要
我们展示了一个实验，其中单个分子强烈影响从亚波长孔径出射的激光场的振幅与相位。我们在直接探测方案中获得 -6% 的可见度，在交叉偏振探测方案中获得 +10% 的可见度。我们的分析表明，利用近场激发应可实现接近完全的消光。
