摘要
我们给出了荧光和消光光谱中单发射体信噪比的实验比较和理论分析。我们表明，当发射体被弱激发时，消光测量可能更具优势。此外，我们讨论了该方法在弱发射系统（如稀土离子）探测和光谱学中的潜力。
