本文研究了一般 Shimura 簇模 约化中的四种分层：Newton 分层、Kottwitz-Rapoport 分层、Ekedahl-Oort 分层以及 Ekedahl-Kottwitz-Oort-Rapoport 分层。我们构建了一个公理体系，并证明这些公理蕴含了关于这些不同分层的非空性陈述与闭包关系陈述。这些公理在 Siegel 情形下成立。
