合成肽单分子层的扫描隧道显微镜研究

摘要
我们使用扫描探针显微镜研究了化学合成肽的自组装单分子层。我们发现肽形成致密的均匀单层，在其上方发现稀疏的附加层。使用扫描隧道显微镜，可以获得亚分子分辨率，揭示构成肽的 α 螺旋。图像的性质不受肽中氧化还原辅因子（血红素）掺入的显著影响。
