部分开放量子点中库仑阻塞峰间距的统计

摘要
我们指出，电子波函数在量子点中的随机性导致导电峰位置的波动。这种贡献随着连接量子点与导轨之间的势阱导电性的增大而增长。在库仑阻塞峰仍然清晰可辨时，这种波动与来自量子点中单粒子能谱随机性导致的波动相当。此外，峰间距的波动与导电峰高度的波动之间存在相关性。
