弱磁场下库仑阻滞量子点导电峰高度关联性

摘要
我们考察了库仑阻滞量子点中两个不同能级导电峰高度之间的统计关联性。 当磁场不完全破坏时间反演对称性时，两个峰在相同磁场下存在关联；当磁场完全破坏时间反演对称性时，两个峰在不同磁场值下也存在关联。 我们的结果也适用于弱自旋轨道耦合导致的混沌量子点中库仑阻滞导电峰高度统计。
