不规则形状量子点中的能级宽度和电导峰值的统计分布

摘要
我们给出了在库仑阻塞体系中，具有多通道引线的量子点的宽度和电导峰值分布的解析表达式，这些表达式适用于时间反演对称性守恒和破缺的两种情况。结果适用于任意数量的不等价且相关的通道，并且分布用每个引线中的通道相关矩阵表示。矩阵也以闭合形式给出。我们使用混沌弹球作为模型来数值检验理论预测。
