NSLS 处 X 射线散斑的统计分析

摘要
我们报告了在国家同步辐射光源的扭摆器光束线 X25 上，用名义上相干的 X 射线束照射无序气凝胶样品所产生的静态散斑的统计分析结果。分析结果使我们能够确定，输送到 X25 实验站的相干性在预期值的 35% 以内。相干光子的速率大约是基于 X25 扭摆器源亮度预期的两倍小。
