摘要
从第三代到第四代同步辐射（SR）光源的演进显著增强了其相干性，使相干 X 射线衍射成像（CXDI）与 X 射线光子关联谱（XPCS）等相干散射技术更易获取。我们利用相干模式分解与传播模型，对高能光子源（HEPS）的相干硬 X 射线相干散射（HXCS）束线进行 CXDI 实验的相干性分析与模拟。
