稳定、高非线性且非线性吸收极低的非晶硅纳米线

摘要
实验展示了氢化非晶硅纳米线的非线性特性。高非线性折射率,结合低双光子吸收,产生了高达5.5的非线性品质因数。此外,在2.2W脉冲峰值功率下持续数小时的系统研究显示,光学响应没有退化。
