摘要
通过研究n型半导体量子阱中自旋极化脉冲的时间和空间演化，我们强调了非对角自旋相干性在自旋扩散和输运中的重要性。我们的研究预测，在无外加磁场的情况下，沿自旋扩散方向会出现自旋振荡和自旋极化反转。
