我们研究了四维SU(N)规范理论中禁闭弦的谱。对于在格点上表述的SU(4)和SU(6)规范理论，我们计算了与具有Z_N荷k的源相关的弦张力σ_k，使用了蒙特卡洛模拟。我们的结果与正弦公式σ_k/σ = sin(kπ/N)/sin(π/N)一致，该公式给出了σ_k与标准弦张力σ之比。对于SU(4)和SU(6)情形，精度分别约为1%和2%。已知正弦公式出现在超对称SU(N)规范理论的多种实现中。另一方面，我们的结果显示出与卡西米尔标度的偏差。我们还讨论了二维SU(N)×SU(N)手征模型中的类似行为。
