摘要
本立场论文引入并创造了社会工效学(socioergonomics)这一术语，将其视为对人因系统集成的社会学、本体论与方法论支撑。它描述了工效学从早期生理学方法到心理学方法，再到支撑工业 4.0 社会技术系统工程的当代社会科学方法的演进。它提出了技术就绪水平(TRLs)向组织就绪水平(ORLs)的扩展，以及向包含灵活性、可分离性和涌现社会事实等系统属性的社会工效学方法的转向。
