摘要
本文使用辐照像素探测器的详细模拟来研究辐射损伤对位置确定的影响并优化击中重建算法。该模拟通过包含两个带相反电荷态的缺陷能级和电荷载流子俘获来实现辐射损伤模型。模拟表明,在 ncm的辐照通量后,沿CMS 平面的位置分辨率可以达到15 m以下。此外,我们表明通过应用校正可以大大减少位置确定中的系统误差。
