摘要
通过分子动力学模拟和俄歇电子能谱深度剖析分析（AESD），研究了 Cu/Co 多层膜中离子轰击诱导的互混演化。结果表明，我们可以从 AESD 推导出低能混合速率，并可将其与通过分子动力学（MD）模拟获得的模拟值进行比较。总体一致性相当好，因此 MD 有望用于估算各种界面系统中的互混速率。
