摘要
本快报旨在推导复椭圆对称（CES）分布数据向量的半参数 Slepian-Bangs（SSB）公式。与所提 SSB 公式相关的半参数 Cramér-Rao 界（SCRB），在存在未知的、讨厌的密度生成元时，给出了对给定 CES 分布向量的均值向量与散度矩阵进行参数化的参数向量的任意鲁棒估计器的均方误差（MSE）的下界。
