Al-Cu-Fe 二十面体准晶变形表面上的划痕诱发表面微结构

摘要
对烧结 Al-Cu-Fe 二十面体准晶（IQC）进行了扫描电子显微镜（SEM）与透射电子显微镜（TEM）研究，以理解先前在标准摩擦学划痕试验所产生的划痕轨迹内注意到的一些延展性起源。结果表明二十面体相转变为调制结构，并且在轨迹下方发现了 IQC 向 bcc 相的转变。同时还观察到了孪晶与位错。
