scellop：单细胞数据细胞群体图的可扩展重新设计

摘要
摘要：细胞群体图是展示单细胞数据中生物样本细胞群体分布的可视化，传统上以堆叠柱状图呈现。在此，我们针对该方法存在的问题进行了处理，特别是其在细胞类型和样本数量增加时扩展性受限的问题，并提出了scellop，一个新颖的交互式细胞群体查看器，结合了针对跨样本或跨条件研究细胞群体常见用户任务优化的视觉编码。可用性与实现：Scellop在MIT许可证下开源，地址为https://github.com/hms-dbmi/scellop，并可在PyPI（https://pypi.org/project/cellpop/）和NPM（https://www.npmjs.com/package/cellpop）上获取。演示地址为https://scellop.netlify.app/。
