基于航线的机场冲突空中交通管制许可检测

摘要
跑道侵入是空中交通管制中最严重的安全隐患之一。传统的 A-SMGCS 2 级安全系统仅借助监视信息来检测跑道侵入。在 SESAR 背景下，出现了互补的安全系统，这些系统除了使用监视信息外还利用其他信息，旨在更早地预警潜在的跑道侵入。其中一种系统是“冲突空中交通管制许可”，该系统处理空中交通管制员输入电子飞行条系统的许可，并交叉检查其中潜在的危险不一致性。交叉检查逻辑可以直接基于许可和监视数据实现，但这十分繁琐。我们提出了一种方法，改用地面航线作为中间层，从而简化核心安全逻辑。
