二聚体吸附与脱附模型中的粗糙化相变

摘要
引入并数值研究了一个二聚体吸附与脱附的固体-固体生长模型。该模型的特殊性在于二聚体只能在坡台边缘脱附。我们发现该模型在从光滑相到粗糙相之间 exhibits a粗糙化相变。在两种相中，界面仍固定在底层上，不会向上传播。在相变附近，某些临界特性与单向耦合的parity保守分支-消失随机游走的特性相关。
