矩阵元在 time-resolved 光电子能谱信号中的作用

摘要
时间与角分辨光电子能谱可探测固态系统中准粒子与多体相互作用的超快演化。然而,动量与能量分辨的瞬态光电子发射强度未必与光激发电子的本征弛豫动力学明确相关。事实上,对时间依赖光电子信号的解释可受单电子移除谱函数以及光发射偶极矩阵元的瞬态演化二者影响。此处我们研究拓扑绝缘体 BiSbTeS,通过细致的探针偏振研究证明矩阵元对 time-resolved 光电子能谱信号的瞬态贡献。
