摘要

本文推导了电阻率 $\rho$ 随温度和掺杂能(掺杂)以及磁化强度的关系，并从自旋-无序散射中进一步加以限制。计算得到的 $T_{crossover}$ 小于 $T_C$ 且载流子浓度为 Ga $_{1-x}$ Mn $_x$ As 系统中为 8-12 K 和 $10^{19}$ cm $^{-3}$ ，与实验值 (10-12 K 和 $10^{18}-10^{20}$ cm $^{-3}$ ) remarkably 一致。
