摘要
我们指出，在针对无序III-V掺杂磁半导体的杂质带模型中[ PRL 87, 107293 (2000); cond-mat/0111045]选择隧穿矩阵的符号是合理的：在此选择下，杂质带位于带隙内且具有迁移率边(mobility edge)，这符合无序系统的预期。另一种符号选择（如 cond-mat/0111504 所述），会导致对杂质带占据态的非物理描述（极长尾部、无迁移率边、无_bulk 铁磁性）。
