摘要
我们研究了标称纯 SrTiO 在吸收产生高密度电子 - 空穴对的强皮秒激光脉冲后，其发出的蓝绿光在纳秒尺度上的时间衰减。在荧光信号中识别出两个独立分量，它们随激发强度的变化表现出不同的动力学行为，可分别建模为双分子过程和单分子过程。我们提出了基于相互作用的电子和空穴极化子来解释观测到的复合动力学的观点。
