屏蔽空间间接激子的统计力学

摘要
我们利用 Green 函数形式理论研究双层系统中空间分离电子-空穴等离子体的热力学性质。在 Thomas-Fermi 近似框架下考虑了 Coulomb 相互作用的屏蔽，并计入了一种由间接激子提供的定性上全新的屏蔽机制。结果表明，随着电子-空穴间距增大至一个激子 Born 半径，激子密度急剧下降。发现了屏蔽与电荷分离效应之间强烈的相互增强作用。
