摘要
通过角分辨光电子能谱和密度泛函理论研究了Bi2Se3的电子结构。我们表明,即使在超高真空条件下观察到的表面电子性质不稳定性,也可以通过原位钾沉积来克服。除了精确设定载流子浓度外,还诱导出新的类Rashba自旋极化态,其自旋劈裂可调、可逆且高度稳定。从头算平板计算揭示,这些Rashba态源自5QL量子阱态。虽然K诱导的势梯度增强了自旋劈裂,但由于真空-固体界面的对称性破缺,这种劈裂在原始表面可能已经存在。
