稀土氮化物：制备与低温电子器件应用的最新进展

摘要
为开发高性能电子器件，研究新型适用于低温应用的材料不断涌现，稀土氮化物系列本征磁性半导体展现出卓越特性。本文综述自最新综述[1]以来发展进展，阐述其在低温电子器件中的应用前景。
