石墨烯碳氮化物已成为一种灵活的、无金属的半导体， Its applications spanning over broad range of domains encompassing energy storage, environmental remediation and sensing。尽管近年来取得了显著进展，但仍缺乏对其在下一代技术中的演进角色以及为克服现有挑战所需的工程策略的全面讨论。本综述文章阐明了对石墨烯碳氮化物关键物理化学性质的全面评估，这些性质具有潜力支持其在多样化应用中的功能。总结了当前在掺杂、异质结形成和复合材料工程方面的最新进展，这些进展显著提升了其催化和电子性能。本文还提出了未来的研究方向，以充实发掘石墨烯碳氮化物在可持续和智能系统中的潜能。
