摘要

低温测试设施是多个领域物理实验的关键基础设施,或许最显著的是用于惰性液体探测器的粒子探测、低温器件开发以及量子信息研究。然而,建造和运营此类设施需要大量投资与技术知识。本白皮书讨论了旨在为科学界拓宽测试能力可用性的用户设施提案。
