多层石墨烯边缘的拉曼光谱

摘要
边缘自然存在于单层石墨烯样品中。同样，多层石墨烯样品中的各个石墨烯层也贡献其自身的边缘。我们研究了放置在 n 层石墨烯（nLG）上的石墨烯层边缘处的拉曼光谱。我们发现，从顶层石墨烯边缘观测到的 D 带展现出与离子注入诱导的无序 (n+1)LG 相同的线形。基于 D 带和 2D 带的光谱特征，我们识别出机械剥离的双层和三层石墨烯边缘处的两种排列构型，这些边缘在其光学图像中显示出良好的对齐性。
