在最近的预印本 cond-mat/9906450（发表于 PRL 84, 3141 (2000)）中，Bodo Huckestein 表明在实际实验条件下，无法观察到Khmelnitskii 预测的 条件下的量子霍尔效应（QHE）。我们想指出的是，由于电子-电子相互作用的影响，情况并非如此绝望。
