通过极高 Q 值微柱中的相干反射光谱测量量子点-腔强耦合区域

摘要
我们报道了在强耦合区域中，与单个 InGaAs 退火量子点耦合的高品质因子微柱的相干反射光谱。利用绝对反射率测量来研究我们的器件在低和高激发功率下的特性。在直径为 7.3 μm 的微柱中，耦合强度 g = 16 μeV，腔谱宽 κ = 20.5 μeV (Q = 65 000)，实现了强耦合。强耦合区域品质因数 4g/κ = 3，是当前量子点-微柱系统的最先进水平。
