摘要

我们研究了强耦合量子点/光子晶体腔系统的相干激发。时间分辨反射率测量显示了腔中量子点的真空拉比振荡。接下来，我们考虑了腔失谐量子点的共振驱动，这有效地布居了腔模。这种腔控制的读出通道允许高分辨率单量子点光谱学。对腔模的自相关测量显示了反聚束，并表明共振驱动的量子点/腔系统可作为具有潜在近单位不可区分性的按需单光子源。
