基于AFM图像反卷积物体真实形貌特性的定量方法：第一部分 针尖-样品接触变形

摘要
我们假设使用AFM测量的样品高度因接触变形而减小。应用赫兹接触理论进行定量描述。找到了通用的数值解。针对圆柱形样品的情况，推导了特定接触几何形状的解析近似。发现理论描述与实验数据一致。所开发的方法能够确定吸附在固体基底表面的单个微观物体的弹性参数。
