高精度打印技术近期取得的成功使得制造高质量的独立聚合物结构成为可能。双光子聚合光刻是一种无掩模技术,分辨率可达 100 μm,并提供完全的几何自由度。该技术最近已被应用于 X 射线复折射透镜(CRLs)的纳米加工。在本文中,我们报道了由双光子聚合诱导光刻制备的两组不同设计 CRLs 的表征结果。
