双层量子霍尔系统中孤子晶格态的性质

摘要

施加足够强的平行磁场B>BcB_\parallel > B_{c}会在双层量子霍尔系统中产生孤子晶格(SL)基态。我们计算了总填充因子νT=1\nu_{T}=1时,SL态基态性质随BB_\parallel的变化,并获得了总能量、各向异性SL刚度、Kosterlitz-Thouless熔化温度和SL磁化强度。SL磁化强度可能在实验上可测量,并且磁化率随BBc1|B_\parallel - B_{c}|^{-1}发散。
