摘要

在这篇短文中，我们发现并证明了Sylvester矩阵与三角Toeplitz矩阵的子矩阵之间一些有趣且重要的关系。主要结果是R. D. Hill发现的Hill恒等式，该恒等式在最优控制问题中具有重要应用。
