摘要
本文论证了紧致化Milne空间是宇宙学奇点的一个有前景的模型。研究表明，弦等扩展物体能够以明确的方式穿过嵌入空间的奇点。随后，针对膜的情形，给出了扩展物体量子化的一个提议。
