DESI 类星体(QSO)样本的初步目标选择

摘要

DESI 巡天将利用类星体作为红移范围 0.9<z<2.10.9<z<2.1 内暗物质的直接示踪体,并利用红移 z>2.1z>2.1 的类星体 Ly-α\alpha 森林来测量大尺度结构。我们提出两种基于三个光学波段(g,r,zg, r, z)和两个红外波段(W1,W2W1, W2)成像的 DESI 候选类星体选择方法。第一种方法使用传统的颜色切割,第二种利用机器学习算法。
