摘要
超螺旋环状DNA上的位点特异性重组会产生多种纽结或连环产物。我们为该过程建立了一个模型，并提供了广泛的实验证据表明我们模型的假设是合理的。随后，我们表征了由最常见底物产生的所有可能的纽结或连环体产物。我们应用模型来严格限定先前未表征数据的纽结或连环体类型。
