中子$\beta$衰变不对称性的精密测量

摘要

UCNA 合作组利用洛斯阿拉莫斯中子科学中心(LANSCE)固态氘超冷中子源产生的极化超冷中子(UCN),对中子β\beta衰变不对称性A0A_0进行了新的测量。实验的改进降低了统计不确定度和系统不确定度,得到A0=0.11954(55)stat.(98)syst.A_0 = -0.11954(55)_{\rm stat.}(98)_{\rm syst.},对应于轴矢量耦合与矢量耦合之比λgA/gV=1.2756(30)\lambda \equiv g_A/g_V = -1.2756(30)
