Chebyshev 素数计数函数涨落的功率谱

摘要
基于不同大小的涨落函数样本，我们对 Chebyshev 加权素数计数函数涨落的单边功率谱作了数值估计。基于 Riemann 假设以及用所有非平凡 Riemann 零点表示的涨落函数的精确公式，我们也对高频情形作了解析估计。我们的解析估计与对 1/f^2 功率谱的数值估计相一致。
