极化屏蔽效应对压电力显微镜中局部极化翻转机制和磁滞回线测量的影响

摘要
压电力谱学已成为探测纳米尺度极化动力学的强大工具。对与铁电表面接触的纳米探针施加直流偏压会导致探针尖端下方铁电畴的成核和生长。后者影响探针检测到的局部机电响应。由此产生的磁滞回线包含有关局部铁电翻转的信息。对压电力谱学数据的自洽分析需要 (a) 推导畴成核的热力学参数,以及 (b) 建立畴参数与压电力显微镜信号之间的关系。在此,我们分析了畴壁处的屏蔽对局部极化反转机制的影响。结果表明,屏蔽同时控制着畴成核活化能和磁滞回线饱和速率。
