使用正交相位检测迈克尔逊干涉仪的光声层析成像

摘要
我们提出一种基于迈克尔逊干涉仪的压力传感器,用于光声层析成像。采用正交相位检测,允许在镜面任意点进行测量,而无需像法布里-珀罗型探测器那样重新调谐干涉仪。这为快速全表面检测打开了大门,这对于临床应用是必要的。利用声压与检测到的声粒子位移之间的关系理论计算探测器灵敏度,并通过测量验证。对血管模型进行了概念验证层析成像,在几毫米深度处具有亚毫米分辨率。
