低光强CCD相机的性能测试

摘要
我们采购并测试了一种新一代CCD探测器，称为低光强CCD(L3CCD)，其性能类似于未采用微通道板(MCP)进行光放大的增性CCD。获得了一系列以毫秒为积分时间的短曝光图像。L3CCD通过热电制冷制冷至约-80°C。
